Purchased a new 2016 Explorer Very nice Dealership with wonderful employees. Our Sales Man was Robert and if you need to purchase a vehicle you need to talk to him. We only had one bad thing and that was the window tint. We asked for the two front roll downs and a strip and the roll downs had dirt behind the tint and they forgot the strip. I called for the car i wanted and it was already ready when i got there. Melvin kept it straight to the point and realistic so there were no disappointments. I was in and out in no time. He was working with other customers and still got me out of there quick than some places dealing only with you. Would definitely recommend. The only thing i didnt like is i had pre approved letter but yet they still added hard inquiries to my credit report after i made it clear not to and only to still end up with the bank that preapproved me More

I am not one for brand new cars or going to dealers so I was ready :-). From the beginning I worked with Frank who was helpful, pleasant and patient, answering all my questions. I never got the hard sell or any pressure at all. It seemed more like an informational session that would benefit both parties. The vehicle had a few random things like missing like extra key and first aid kit which happens when it changes hands (it's a 2014 M-Benz). The manager, Tim, said he could get that ordered for me with no problem and really came through with getting me set up with rear view camera. Jay from finance, also made things simple by laying out my options for me, with and without additional protective options, and again patiently let me decide while he listed to my rebuttals at every stage! We met somewhere in the middle and I finally let him go to eat lunch. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle that wants to be in an aestically pleasing, no hassle environment with vibrant and knowledgeable staff. And ladies, if you are out there, and worried about "being had" please don't be intimidated - do your research and go to these guys - they're fantastic! More
