My sales rep Samir was with me through the entire process. I came in knowing pretty much what I wanted, but he was able to ask deeper questions about my intended use and driving patterns to make meaningful recommendations of things I should think about. He had the sales management team worked to get the right combination of available incentives and financing to put me in the exact truck I wanted/needed at the best deal possible. Gabi inquired into what we were looking for then asked if we had considered used; we had but condition and mileage was a concern. Unless I had more money and a co-signer. Which I had neither. I walked into Ford and met Geo...a Godsent! He said he would work with me, as everyone else that I have talked to at other places. But Geo kept his word and really worked to get me into something. I drove off the lot in a brand new car!! My first brand new one. All my other cars have been used and abused before I got them.
