Best New Car Sales Consultant My Fiancé and I had a deal line up for a new 2016 Ford Explorer XLT and a used 2015 Chrysler 300C with a different Ford dealership in Winder GA. I was My Fiancé and I had a deal line up for a new 2016 Ford Explorer XLT and a used 2015 Chrysler 300C with a different Ford dealership in Winder GA. I was not 100% sure that we were getting the best deal possible, so I decided to give Gwinnett Place Ford a try. I made an online inquiry about a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT and in less than 30 minutes I got a phone call from the most energetic, polite and respectful new car salesman I have ever spoke to, Mr. Finn Misa. Finn not only guarantee that he could beat whatever deal I was promised, but he assured me that he could get us 2 new cars instead of 1 new and 1 used. I made an appointment, and after spending 7 hours at the dealership with our 3 small kids, we drove out with 2 brand new vehicles. Finn and his Manager Alvin, not only beat the interest rate, and the price of the other dealership, but they also gave us way more than what I was asking for our trades. They treated me and my Family with the utmost respect. They kept us informed of everything that was going on and allow me to test drive as many cars as I wanted until I found the one I really liked. I will not buy from a sales man even if I am 100% sure about what car I will be getting before I enter a car lot. I will wait for the right person who gives me the best over-all experience. Someone who will answer as many questions as I need, but then will turn around and give me time to make my own decision without feeling an obligation. Melvin at Gwinnett Place Ford did that for my family! We drove over an hour away to get to this Ford dealer. The people who worked to complete the deal were very nice and professional. I am completely happy with our purchase and I would go back to them in the future, as well as recommend them to anyone searching for a vehicle that's right for them. More
