An Overall Amazing Experience I was looking for a used car (it's my very first car and I needed something to drive to and from college) for months, but either the cars weren't a go I was looking for a used car (it's my very first car and I needed something to drive to and from college) for months, but either the cars weren't a good fit or the dealers weren't. At Gwinnett Place Ford, everything there was a match. My dealer as well as one of the managers went out of their way to make sure I was happy and confident in my purchase, and even after selling me the car, they continued to check on me to make sure I was satisfied. My dad definitely put them through a lot making sure I had that "brand new car experience" but they were happy to make sure it was perfect for me. Unfortunately, I did get in an accident ): but everyone was so kind in making sure I was okay, and my dealer continues to check on me. Gwinnett Place Ford isn't just a place where you buy a car and that's it. They're with you through everything and make sure you stay happy, which is the best way to build a clientel. A lot of other places should definitely step back and learn from them. I've already told so many people about my experience, and I hope this review encourages others to make Gwinnett Place Ford their first stop when looking for a car. Especially as a first time buyer, my experience here was amazing, and the kind that you really need.
