I really couldn't find any fault there. For my test drive, my car was brought up to a viewing area, we went over the important features and took it for a drive. When I decided on the vehicle, the wheels were set in motion and EVERYONE from finance on down made sure I was taken care of and had all my questions or concerns answered. They even got me a better rate than the Loan I had already secured. I can usually find one thing that is "ok'ish" from any transaction or business but I simply can't think of one from Gwinnett Place Ford. Everyone was so friendly and fun. We laughed and told jokes. I was so comfortable, I could have stayed much longer and wouldn't have minded or complained one bit. Well done! More
