Noel my salesman was great! Be sure and ask for him. However, the manager that runs the credit check is ignorant and does not listen. I said for my credit to only be ran once th Be sure and ask for him. However, the manager that runs the credit check is ignorant and does not listen. I said for my credit to only be ran once through Capital One because I was pre-approved. I ended up being approved, but of course not for the pre approved amount. My salesman was great and that’s why they got a 3 star rating instead of 1. My credit was ran 6 other times. I specifically said only once. I’m highly upset. More
