Hi Mr. Swank, Besides the initial service issues with our Bronco, which now have been completed, it is very discouraging for Noah to state that due to pricing issues with the oil change that he was going to have a refund check issued and waiting for us when the Bronco was taken in for the 2nd time to correct the trim issue, and no check was waiting or issued. I then texted Noah and he said he would mail the check after he reviewed the survey responses, which I then asked him if the refund would only be issued if the survey was positive, he said no, yet no refund check has been received. Seems like he has gone back on his and Gwinnett Place Ford's word.
