Oil change and battery drain issue Took my daughters 2008 Honda CRV in for oil change, tire rotation, and check for slow battery drain. 20 year old daughter went to pick it up. She noti Took my daughters 2008 Honda CRV in for oil change, tire rotation, and check for slow battery drain. 20 year old daughter went to pick it up. She noticed immediately the remote door unlock wouldn't work. She called me before she left. I advised her to go back in for help. They took it back in, 20 min later they told her there was nothing they could do. She began to drive home, boy friend behind, and she had no headlights or taillights. Once she arrived home her boyfriend began to look into issues. I called Gustman Appleton Honda. they advised I would need to re-schedule another visit. After digging in further after work we discovered they pulled three fuses from the under dash panel during trouble shooting and never replaced. Fuses went in the vehicle so I needed to run to NAPA to purchase new. Money thrown out the window, stay away unless you want to troubleshoot issues after you pay trained professionals to do so. Honda only for me! I’m often annoyed by pushy sales staff. I understand the goal but few understand the journey. Tony was funny, friendly and never off-putting.
