Bad job on refusing to take order about 9 months ago and further insult with low~ball trade value not even close to blue book trade value of $18000. He offered $14000. I sold for $18,000. I was trying to buy a 2011 Honda Element, but vehicle was damaged & was waiting for body parts. I asked for photos of the inside, so I could make a decision on if I wanted to put a deposit down.
