My VW had a recall. The only employees wearing a mask was Tyler, who greeted and checked me in. Inside, service girl-no mask, parts guy-no mask. Mechanic came in for coffee, no mask & coughed over a communal coffee pot. Bathroom cleaning record hadn't been updated since March. Other customers in waiting area with no masks. Signs all over about masks and IL + Gurnee Covid requirements, not being followed. Unmasked coffee drinking coughing mechanic tried to HAND me my keys when finished. I pulled out a Clorox wipe &immediately wiped keys and left. At home, discovered a part was knocked out and I had to go back. So frustrated, so disappointed. Everyone was nice, but the face that there was a communal shared coffee pot, no masks, no current cleaning record in the bathroom... Ruined the entire experience. More

The customer service was awful! Said they would call with an update because they were busy when I dropped my car off, but never did. 2 days later I had to call twice to get info and ended up paying for unnec an update because they were busy when I dropped my car off, but never did. 2 days later I had to call twice to get info and ended up paying for unnecessary services even though I specifically asked if it wasn’t covered by warranty to let me know first. I have 2 VW’s and I will never bring them back here again. More

Jovonn was super nice and patient with us while we were looking. Not once did he make us feel rushed even though I would go around closing time.
