Jason was not a nice person. He seemed very arrogant and conceited from the second we walked in. He passed us to Sandi almost immediately. Though Sandi was nicer, he disappeared a lot. Every time I have scheduled an appt I have an issue. My car has taken anywhere from 2.5-8 hrs FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Why it still takes that long when I make an appointment I’m not sure but it’s really not gre car has taken anywhere from 2.5-8 hrs FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Why it still takes that long when I make an appointment I’m not sure but it’s really not great customer service. The service is also inconsistent, my car will sometimes be washed and others are not and I’ve never been asked one way or the other. I didn’t pay for 5 years of oil changes when I purchased the car to have sub-par service. I could have paid less and gotten the same thing from a number of places. I also left a message for the service manage the day of my last appointment to speak to him in regards to how I felt and it will be a week tomorrow and he has never reached out to me. I will be taking my business to the liberty villa location in the future. More

If I could give 0 stars I would. They took an hour and a half to do an oil change. There were several people walking around with no masks and they had pizza delivered and where eating in front of the custom half to do an oil change.
