Where to start.. My brother and I spent all day this past Saturday (2-13-21) looking at vehicles locally. I was close to purchasing two vehicles but needless to say the deals fell short for various rea past Saturday (2-13-21) looking at vehicles locally. I was close to purchasing two vehicles but needless to say the deals fell short for various reasons. After getting home, my brother and I looked on autotrader at about 5:30 and came across Gurnee VW. I called the number and spoke to Suha. After inquiring about the vehicle I found, he stated it was available. The dealership is 2 hours away and they close at 6 on Saturdays. Not to worry, Suha said he would have someone at the dealership and he would beat any price and match my trade-in values that I already had assessed. Long story short, we jumped in my car, title in hand and arrived to the dealership around 8:00 p.m. This is where I met Kevin N. Kevin was knowledgeable (even though he started in January). He test drove two vehicles in sub zero temperatures, went through the vehicles with us and in a general sense, you can just tell a good person when you meet them. In between doing the paperwork we were shootin' the shi* and it felt way more personable than a "business transaction." After working with Kevin I was back and fourth between J.B. and Donnie. J.B. test drove my trade in, needed some work but still offered close to what I wanted for trade. Donnie, super charismatic and if you need anything finance related, he's your guy. I left the dealership around 11:30 p.m. however, the drive back in the used (new for me) atlas cross sport was nothing short of driving on a cloud. I could not be happier with the purchase I made, along with meeting the staff at Bob Rohrman's Gurnee VW. Even though I live 2 hours away, I am still considering taking my vehicle there for any needs that may arise simply to talk to Kevin, yes; he's honestly that laid back and someone you would want to give your business to, as I did without hesitation. To everyone at Gurnee VW, thank you. Kevin, it was an honor being your 6th purchase customer. They even held over detailers to clean up the car, wash it and completely clean the inside. All around it was an excellent experience, only wish I would have started at Gurnee VW instead of wasting all day at several local dealerships. More

Came in to look at an Acura, was greeted by Anna Miller. She showed me the car we took it for a test drive and I purchased. Anna is a knowledgeable sales associate, and it was aparent that she had done home She showed me the car we took it for a test drive and I purchased. I knew most with a vehicle contained, but she still managed to show me a couple of things that I was unaware on the vehicle. Overall my sales associate, the sales manager and finance were all grade a in my opinion. This is my third experience with a Bob Roman dealership and it always seems to be a good experience.
