A routine service which should be an hour or so took 2.5 hrs. I was told they were hand washing my car when I asked how much longer, and was told that was the delay. No loaners never call back when they say they will. had my car in for service and 2 weeks later it had the same problem. Still waiting to get it fixed this is the only vehicle in have and have to get to wo my car in for service and 2 weeks later it had the same problem.
