While out of state, this dealership turned off cruise control to update MAP sensor after a check engine light notification and never turned it back on. This was not noticed until back home. The people are nice, but they did not check all the basic fluids on my service. I specifically asked to fill washer fluid. It was my daughters car and she was traveling right after the service. My car was there for 2 days with no one calling me or letting me know that it was ready. I spent 2 hrs on hold waiting for the service manager to call me whom never called, I was told he was too busy. I letting me know that it was ready. And to my surprise, I get there and the service manager was playing on his phone, sitting back with a big ole grin on his face. And then he had the audacity to give me attitude when I confronted him. Horrible place, horrible dealership, exceptionally terrible service. I am considering selling car car so that I can disassociate myself with VW altogether. More
