After purchasing a vehicle Friday for my husband I too decided to get a new vehicle. I purchased the CC what a beautiful car. And the two men that helped me out Jim & Sassan are the best they made my expe decided to get a new vehicle. I purchased the CC what a beautiful car. And the two men that helped me out Jim & Sassan are the best they made my experience that much better and my decision that much greater. Jim was such a great salesman kind and patient and Sassan is very smart and very helpful he made worked his magic and i was able to afford the car i wanted. for years i was a carmax customer but after my experience Friday & Saturday and two cars later I am no longer a carmax girl I will only go to Volkswagon in Gurnee as long as those two gentleman Jim & Sassan are there. More

I came in to find a used car in my budget and left leasing a car. Each and every employee that I came across treated me with genuine kindness and respect. I never once felt pressured to buy anything I leasing a car. Each and every employee that I came across treated me with genuine kindness and respect. I never once felt pressured to buy anything I was not comfortable with. They spent as much time as I needed answering questions and offering me the best options for what I wanted-even if it didn't mean the better sale for them. After being offered more options than I knew I even had, I picked one that was best for me, and leasing will bring me the benefit of having my car serviced there for the next three years. I am not easily impressed by customer service, being in the industry myself, but this is a well trained and knowledgeable team of people who are genuinely looking to help their customers. More
