Dealership never took my trade in out of my name. Sold the car and now someone in a city I have never visited is getting moving violations/tickets in my name. Rude and unprofessional. Blew me off and blamed everyone from the state to the local dog catcher for the dealer not performing their duties. Looking for a vehicle, do not visit this dealership. Sales staff were great, but if the general manager is this awful at his job, I do not trust anything about them. Buy somewhere else. Will not be returning in the future and will let others know to steer clear. More

I couldn’t be more pleased with the professional treatment we received. Our sales rep (Pasha) made the process totally painless. He was incredibly patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! I even had my blue-tooth paired before I left the parking lot even though it meant Pasha standing outside on the coldest day of the year to provide guidance. Did I mention that the store manager (Dimitri) provided us a quote via email and gave us a loaner so that we would have an extra car? Keep up the great service! More

And a lot of folks at GH had a hand in this so I’m giving props to Dimitri and his team (Ron, Zahir, and sales associates Justin and Ashley). They were all so down to earth and easy to work with through the ENTIRE process. We are now proud owners of a Tucson Hybrid Limited and we love it. Justin, Ron, and Nate were all fantastic. We went in only planning to test drive, but as soon as I sat in the driver's seat of the Palisade (Calligraphy), I knew we'd be going home with a ne We went in only planning to test drive, but as soon as I sat in the driver's seat of the Palisade (Calligraphy), I knew we'd be going home with a new car that day. Justin was easy to talk to on our test drive and knew answers to our questions like an absolute pro even though he'd only been with the dealership for 3 weeks. Ron made sure we were taken care of and were happy with our trade in transaction. Nate handled the paperwork and financing so efficiently and managed to entertain us with conversation too! The porter and another guy who went over some initial paperwork with us, but I can't remember their names, were also wonderful. We unintentionally kept them all there after closing time but they were all so kind and professional making sure the deal got done. Thanks to the whole team working there that night!!! More
