We have already been into talk at the dealership. The dealership told us they were going to do nothing. And pretty much told us we were having "Buyers Remorse", and that that wasn't a valid reason to re-negociate, or return the vehicle. We were never given or shown a fully itemized statement before purchase- and the first time we saw one was the next day on the thumb drive-- it wasn't until then we fully understood what a mistake we had made. I didn't lie in my review, and from the other reviews just on your Facebook page I can see that this is a standard pattern of appalling sales behavior. The fact that there is a lawsuit filed with the Illinois attorney general (against another car dealership) about the same practice of listing a big number, assumed to be a listing price, at the top of the page and then adding $4k to $6k worth of add ons that the buyer MUST pay for in some tiny type at the bottom of the page. This practice is appalling, and apparently other people think the same thing too. What would make me happy? - delete the cost of the "add ons" on our purchase, and change the way you currently present your cars to the public.
