Lied To In Exchange for a Good Review ***This was originally a Five Star Review*** First off, I received a good deal on the car I purchased there. Wilfredo was my sales person, and he w ***This was originally a Five Star Review*** First off, I received a good deal on the car I purchased there. Wilfredo was my sales person, and he was the reason I wanted to purchase the car I test drove. However, when I came back later in the day to make the deal he was unavailable and I ended up with Leonardo. No problem. We worked out a deal I was happy with and purchased the car. I had a good experience and would have given a good review. Lonardo told me that if I gave them a great review he would throw in All-Weather floor mats in exchange. Great!!! Winter was approaching and I have kids. They called me several times to see how I was enjoying the car, I let them know each time it was fine and asked about my mats. I never heard anything back about it. In Dec I sent Wilfredo a message to find out what the delay was. He apologized and said I could come in the next day to pick them up. Next day I received a call saying they weren't in stock, but they'd have them by the end of the week. I expressed to him my concern that I had been getting a runaround, for over a month at that point. He assured me all would be fine...The end of the week came and went and I haven't heard from anyone to this day...I bought the car Nov 5th, last heard from them on Dec 14th, today is Jan 12th That is how you turn a 5 star review into a 1 Star. Also, that's how you ensure no repeat business. As most people would understand, the floor mats are NOT what the issue is. More
