Sun Roof install and Pivotal application David from the service area was by far the best experience I've had with this dealership. He is the only reason I will be back. My salesman let me dow David from the service area was by far the best experience I've had with this dealership. He is the only reason I will be back. My salesman let me down and if I hadn't followed my gut to check an appointment availability, I would have been EXTREMELY upset when I arrived for what I though had been set. He was much better at explaining the warranty system to me than anyone else I worked with. And don't even get me started with finance. David will be the only reason I come back to get anything done on my new car. I like my car, but wasn't pleased with the sales/finance part. The first time I signed papers, THAT finance officer let me leave feeling not bad about my experience. Yes the second one got me a slightly better interest rate, but I had to take a shower when I got home because I felt slimy. David, GREAT JOB! thank you! More
