This is my first time getting my vehicle serviced here and will definitely be my last! I made an appointment with Jason for June 29th. I called 2 days before the appointment because I could not recall and will definitely be my last! I made an appointment with Jason for June 29th. I called 2 days before the appointment because I could not recall the time. Jason answered the phone call and I asked him what time my appointment was for the 29th. He proceeded to tell me he didn’t have anything booked for me for that day. He asked me who I had my the appointment with and I told him with you! I should have known from that point on this was going to be a horrible experience. He asked if I could come in around 11 am which I did. I went in for my appointment and had my vehicle serviced. I asked Jason what the process would be for my damaged rim since I had purchased a Mopart rim packet. He stated he would need to take pictures of the damage and submit a claim. I asked him how long it would take and he said roughly about a week. I let 2 weeks go by without hearing anything back from the dealership. I called 2 Fridays in a row trying to get a hold of Jason and was told both times by some names Humberto he was out. Humberto took down the message for Jason to follow backup with me which never happened!! I called on 7/24 to speak with Jason’s manager. He did not answer and I left a voicemail for him to follow up with me and here I am on 7/27 with no call back from the manager I believe his name is Michael. I called back this week and finally got a hold of Jason. He shared he had been out and the notes were probably somewhere on his desk. I asked him I needed an update on the claim and he said he would need to check on it and call me back. I asked him to have his manager call me. I am not quiet sure how a place like this dealership runs. Jason over promised and completely under delivered! I called on 7/27 and spoke with Alex another manager. He attempted to help me, but shared how the service department was closed and the manager was probably gone for the day. A few days after getting serviced I received a phone call from if I recall the individual introduced himself as Chris. He stated he was Jason’s boss and asked if I would fill out a survey pertaining to the service I received on 6/29. He said it went to my email and if I would complete it he would have my vehicle detailed next time. Yet I can’t even get a hold of ANYONE to share my experience and get an update. But the dealership was quick to ask for good survey results which the service I had received is not up to par! This has been such a terrible experience. The dealership service area clearly needs guidance and improvement on their customer service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING SERVICED HERE!!!!! More
