I came into the dealership actually to get my 2008 patriot that I had purchased previously examined for a possible problem with the CV joints. The purchase of our new Jeep Cherokee was a terrfic experience. We can not say enough about Justin's friendly service - knowledge of the product. When we returned with questions about the Bluetooth feature he was very patient as we had "no clue" what to do to activate the product. We asked for his cards so that we could refer our friends to him - something we usually do not do but know we can do with complete confidence that they will get the best of service and we will not have to apologize later. The finance person who's name I do not have was very helpful as well. He checked for the best options for us in financing - the protection package and the gap insurance. Again, he gained our confidence as we saw him working on our behalf. Lastly, the peronal "thank you" from the owner was greatly appreciated. Often times customers are made to feel like a "sale" instead of a person.......not the case here. This excellent service is what will keep us as loyal customers to this dealership. Mike was a great sales person, showed us all the in and outs of the new Dodge Durango, took us for a great ride to go over evertything we needed to know. My daughters were even complimentry of him. We did go back for a free car wash and my husband was not happy with the lady in that area, she did not say anyhting to him, just called for a porter and put her head down that was a dissappoint. We have recommended people in the past and they have gotten a mini van abd this time a friend got a dodge durango a few days after us.
