This whole experience of buying my new Ram Truck was great. Everybody was super friendly. Price nagotiating was easy and I feel I got a very good deal. My husband and I went to several dealerships within a 2 week period looking to replace our Kia Mini Van and Gurnee Dodge was by far the most knowledgeable and friendly dealership we came a crossed. They not only got us the vehicle we wanted but also the price we wanted as well. They were so friendly that we suggested that my father see them for a new car as well and the same night we purchased our vehicle my parents bought theirs within 2 hours. This is our 8th car purchased from Gurnee Dodge in the last 11 years. We have also had our son buy a truck and friends buy cars. The service department is exceptional and cares about the customer.
