I needed to get the oil changed on it for the 1st time, so we drove it all the way over there from home on my day off. When getting there, they explain we have to make an appointment for an oil change and they are scheduled 2 weeks out. We drive all the way home then contact the Dodge dealership in Gallatin and they said yes, they would get it in and that we didn’t have to call. It’s first come, first serve there. I have bought many brand new cars from places and have never had to schedule an oil change to get them completed at the dealership. My car will be serviced at Gallatin from here on out and the next one I buy will be from Gallatin as well. If this had been the first dealing with them, I wouldn’t write this, but I had a recall on my car right after buying it that the service department was very confused about. I got transferred between several people trying to figure out how they could do it. I’m not even sure they did it right after it was taken to be fixed, but I hope so as it was a theft deterrent issue. More

Prices are fair and much cheaper than some of larger dealers in Nashville area. I would recommend you give them a try for your work trucks. More
Really great sales team, terrible service department. We have had issues with our Jeep since the very beginning and we purchased brand new. Our case manager caught Daryl (service advisor) in a lie and was appalled at how rude he was. I would never recommend them based on the Service Department alone. Our Jeep is still not fixed. More

All they know to say is when can you bring it back so we can get another diagnostic fee! Also the service manager Phil talked to my wife like she was an idiot! Needless to say they were not capable of fixing the issue with our Challenger so we are having to take it to a competent dealership to get it fixed right. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your service work. More

The zipper on the back window of my jeep came apart. I am not able to get the window lose from the zipper. Went to the service department they told me needed a new top. Gave me a name of a company that may c not able to get the window lose from the zipper. Went to the service department they told me needed a new top. Gave me a name of a company that may could repair it. They said no. Call Guptons service back and asked this issue should be under warranty. Gave the lady the year and miles since the jeep is still under the new vehicle warranty. She said would need to see the jeep so parts could be ordered if under warranty. Told me they didn't have time to look at today they were busy I would have to come back the next morning at 8:30. Will cause me to be late to work again tomorrow. Not very friendly at all. Good customer service, they could take the time the time to look at it and order what is needed today, and was unable to tell me about the warranty. It would take only minutes to look at my jeep before close today to get the information to order the part needed. But they were too busy today. Unable to get in touch with the salesmen that sold me the jeep. I will use another service department the next time More
I've attempted to give the service department my business twice. First time, I asked for an oil change and to have a vent hose reattached to it's clip so it wouldn't drag the road. I got the oil cha business twice. First time, I asked for an oil change and to have a vent hose reattached to it's clip so it wouldn't drag the road. I got the oil change, but still had a dragging hose. I presume they had to work around said dangling hose to change the oil. Therefore, I can only assume they left it undone purposefully in hopes it will come in contact with water and grenade my transmission. Service managers response: "well, people make mistakes.". Bring it back and we'll fix it. While I understand this, I would like to see that some action was taken to improve the tech's attention to detail. Total time in service dept: 2 hours. For an oil change. Second time (today), truck is dead in my driveway. no start. I checked voltage (12.57), and hit it with my schummacher 250 amp rolling jump box. Same noise... no start. Service managers response: "well, it was build by man, and people make mistakes. Have it towed in and maybe we can have it looked at Monday". I guess I could do that... and HOPE that I don't find myself on the side of the road somewhere and get to hear "well, people make mistakes." again. Total time in the shop: None. At this point, I'll let it rust in the driveway before I let them touch it. The service manager seems to listen to your complaints well, but assumes you're dumb as a rock and offers no real satisfying solution. I'd skip this place. More
