Service first time ever at this dealership Arrived on time and was immediately greeted by Alessandro Motta, assistant service manager, a very pleasant gentlemen. After a short conversation and recording my contact info my car was taken for service. At this point i was also advised about car battery recall. Customer lounge was clean, with a large screen TV, chairs and coffee machine. I was told my 30K miles service might take 1.5 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when 55 min later Alessandro walked in and had me sign a completed service paperwork. The whole experience was very smooth. Car wash was also included. Nice job guys! More
