Post Battery Service I had my battery replaced and had to have it reset in the computer at VW. I called for service........... they fit me in on my schedule. I arrived 1 hour late because of unforeseeable circumstances.......... Jose Saldana was fully understanding. They got me a ride to work....... and the driver came back to get me without even having to call him. Service is always exceptional and I am always treated very well. Jose also took care of a few other things that needed to be done.. Air pressure, wheel alignment and other issue. All this was done at no charge. More

Had engine light come on. Dropped off my CC without an app't. Was directed to an advisor and immediately greeted me and we walked around the car. After a couple of hours he contacted me and informed me of what was found and what costs would be. I told him to proceed. Next thing in a short while he contacted me again and told me the car was ready to pickup. Fantastic service without and app't. More
