He gave me a correct estimate as to how long servicing would take. He kept me informed of progress on the work being done. Waiting room was very comfortable, clean, very comfy seats, all kinds of free hot and cold beverages available. Rob and the center provided excellent service one issue only, was told car had been washed, which it barely was on the outside, absolutely nothing was cleaned on the inside. More

Incompetence at an all time high I took my VW Passat 2010 for the 80K service interval, oil changed, replaced gasket seals,air & cabin filters. I’ve had this car for over two years no I took my VW Passat 2010 for the 80K service interval, oil changed, replaced gasket seals,air & cabin filters. I’ve had this car for over two years now, drive it like an old man. This car inside/outside/engine is in showroom conditions. Never had an engine/check light engine problem as I do all required maintenance which isn’t cheap.Now I know what your thinking (what if its a new problem,which it didn’t have). OK, isn’t that the purpose of why I took my car to the professionals in the first place, so they can charge me money to actually fix any issues.Clearly the this dealership isn’t professional nor knowledgeable because they don’t even know why the check light engine is on. Picture this “Take my perfectIy working car to the dealer for scheduled maintenance, leave with an unknown problem and check light engine” bunch of charlattans and incompetent xxxx of the earth working at that dealership. It feels as the consumers worst nightmare comes to life, the mechanic and dealer ripping you off and you just have to accept it. Have some integrity, please. More

Excellent service from service provider I do not live in Ft. Lauderdale, so I am dependent upon the dealership employees to tell me what I need to do, when, and how best to make it happen. Gunther Volkswager's service department repeatedly goes above and beyond in order to get me the service that I need. My Alltrack, which was actually purchased in Pittsburgh, is still under warranty, so there was no charge, but everything was explained, and handled efficiently. I appreciate the support of the team and would highly recommend Gunther's service capabilities and response. More
