A new level of greed and rudeness I understand business, but this dealership was more focused on selling services than on me aa a customer. I felt pressured to get everything done at once even a window. There was an alert on my dash regarding the window that I did not have when I left my car. The manager could not even tell me how ro clear the alert as it was blocking other information that I needed to see. (I figured out later to press "ok" and it will clear off). The manager told me, "There's no way to clear it; you have to get it fixed." They didn't call me when my car was ready, and returned it to me dirty. It took two whole days to perform work related to recalls, and I had to end up renting a car. When I returned to pick it up, my ticket was not even at the cashier's station and the computers were down. The cashier looks at me and says, ""Well, I don't know what to tell you. " Mind you, I had to be at work. This place is awful. I will not return there even for an oil change. The shuttle drivers were very nice though. More
