SERVICE GUY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!! VERY SURPRISED!! I went in for a oil change and asked the service guy to check the front headlight for me because the headlight beam was not working. He told me no pro I went in for a oil change and asked the service guy to check the front headlight for me because the headlight beam was not working. He told me no problem, take a seat inside and we will fix everything for you. Hour by hour went by and no one came inside to assist me. Then, 2 hours into my wait --------- came inside and asked me to come with him into the mechanics shop. The top part of the engine was removed... he mentioned to me that because they are inside the engine it would be best to change the front headlight because its "BAD" "NO GOOD". He said that it could not be fixed and he would strongly recommend me replace it. I asked him how much, he told me $600.00 plus!!!!! ok I said, I contacted my wife right there and explained everything. Well, she said absolutely NO!! she believed it could be fixed. We will take it somewhere else she told me. Well, this guy stood there strong arming me into spending $600.00 and some other service that costs $700.00 total service he mentioned to me was: $1,600.60!! I told him, no, no, no. I could se he was not happy... I went back into the waiting room and waited another 1hr 45mins. My whole day just for an oil change!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Finally he called me out, I went to the cash desk and paid. I left. I drove my car to my brother the following day. He looked at it for 20 minutes.... He called me into the garage and the light was on!!!!!! he said it was a bad connection!!!!!! OMG!!! and a service manager from "Volkswagen " tried to rip me off by saying I needed a complete from headlight! My brother told me I should contact consumer affairs which I probably will and, I will contact VW 's corporate office and speak to someone in operations. This kind of service is totally unacceptable. Will never happen again. to me. I will never go near a VW dealership again. The 2 friends I have have VW's and I shared my story with them. I will steer all my friends from that location. One bad apple!!!! I am a business owner. I know how important it is to maintain a business especially during these tough times ... "competition " we all strive for staff with honestly and integrity, goes a long way. I did not get that nor, did I see it. More

Everybody was great except José from leasing Allexandro Motto, what a polite man, always calling sir. Jimmy, always a pleasure, he recognizes me and shake my hand. José from leasing didn't move out of my way when I tried to open the door of my car, even worse he closed my door, leaving me a second to remove my fingers from the door jam. When I got out, I said excuse me, totally ignore me and went inside, what a guy! An other thing, tell you mecanics crew not to change the settings of my radio and also the seat, they drive the car for 10 seconds, do they really have to change it? More
