Great Sales Person but Poor Dealership / Services Department I only have great things to say about my sales person. Honest, fast and helpful. I would rate him a 10 as exceptional! However, not the dealership: 1- Old facility with poor customer service area (i,e. not clean, old TV, etc.) and 2- Services department a total mess with no one to help you. Poor job doing the initial clean up of my new car, was damaged and they did not say anything. Went there a week after to get it fixed, waited almost 4 hours, no one was around or helping. Even after fixed, not sure they did a good job and left old material inside the car making it dirty. Also purchased some accessories and was overcharged! DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALERSHIP More
