He has a pleasant demeanor and went above and beyond to address the concern (reason I was servicing the vehicle). I don’t typically provide additional comments when I take surveys but when I do it’s because it’s been merited. I brought in a vehicle due to battery issues and returned home with a “new” car - figuratively speaking. In the words of Richard Branson... “take care of your employees and they will take care of your customers”.
