The dealership made the purchase of my new Jetta very easy. The trade for my used car was fair and the follow up service has been excellent. This was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Kirk answered all my questions on-line and once I got to the dealership it was basically to pick out my car and sign the paperwork. Kirk Jackson was a great salesman he took the time to explain the COSTCO Auto Buying Savings program to us. He understand my financial situation, never once made me feel uncomfortable, offered me different financial options regarding lease vs. purchase and responded to every inquiry that I had. While other salesmen and dealers virtually ignored me once they discovered that my credit rating wasn't up to their standards, Kirk never blinked and it only made him work harder to find something that would work in my situation. My lease was up but didn't want to go back to my old dealer. I had some questions about a certain Volkswagen that I wanted so I emailed Kirk late one evening. I LOVE this dealership!I live in Stuart Florida. My lease was about to expire and I was in the market for a new VW. I spoke to Nick Belefroid. He was informative and was eager to "HELP" me. They make me come for a cheaper car then told me it was gane, sold me a 14 000 jetta tdi 2005 with 68 000 miles, i did not check the car " huge mistake" i trusted this guy and Bam the day after i noticed m gane, sold me a 14 000 jetta tdi 2005 with 68 000 miles, i did not check the car " huge mistake" i trusted this guy and Bam the day after i noticed my air bag cover dissembled, the trunck did not close properly, the sound system one speaker not working, the door opener driver side not working properly, multiple scratches on the back window which i saaw and the sale man told me if i tinted the windows i won't see it !!!! bad it is worst, the tire on it less than 20% life remaining, well when i complain to them after a survey i have been told for 14k this is what i should expect, the just want to fix the air bag cover. Well if you buy the go with a mechanic expert do not trust the stickers certification !!!!!! Also after the sale i checked the price on their website and i realized the sold me more than they advertized. More

BUYER BEWARE. this was truly the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. This is actually the third car owned from this dealer and I will NEVER buy another from them or VW for that matter. Sti ever had at a car dealership. Still waiting for Ron, the service manager to call me back after leaving him messages 2 days ago. WE brought car in for service in June and told them that one of the tires was losing air and the tire sensor was on. After service they told us nothing was wrong with tire. A week later air pressure went down and tire light came on. We kept filling tire with air every week because we are working people that cannot spend all hours of everyday dealing with a car dealership. Well last week the tire blew on Interstate 75 with my wife driving it. Yes that same tire that they thought we were nuts for saying there was something wrong with it. On top of that when we bought car they forgot to include our roadside assistance card so my wife spent an hour sitting in her car on the left median of highway until I got there to change the tire. When I called the salesman in the morning to tell him about the card he didn't seem too concerned about it and gave me the 800 number. A day late and a dollar short i would day. Then after complaining to service department on Saturday when we brought in car, Rob our service advisor said the service manager (Ron) was not in and to call on Monday. Well I called on Monday and left a message, then called again in the afternoon. Still haven't heard back from dealer at all. Such poor Business this is for them for not only will I never buy a car, service a car with them but I will tell anyone and everyone I know how terrible they are. THUMBS DOWN VW More
