service your VW elsewhere My opinion is that the service department is either incompetent or dishonest. I was told I needed to replace my clutch for an exorbitant price. I had the work performed at an independent shop for much less, and in doing so, discovered that my clutch was perfectly fine and that Gunther had completely misdiagnosed the problem (likely to avoid having the repair covered under my warranty). Update: To their credit, Gunther management was extremely helpful and professional in working with me after the fact to obtain a reimbursement from VW for the work that should have been covered under my warranty. More
