I called him on the phone and he was able to help me structure my entire deal before I came into the store. He even suggested I could have the car delivered to my home so I wouldn't have to come in at all. I wanted to come in anyway to first make sure I liked the color I chose and I was interested in getting the lease damage protection plan. When I came in, Arnaud had all of my paperwork already prepared and Eli showed me the car and all of the features. After the test drive I just needed to sign and go see the finance manager. I spent less than an hour in the dealer! Getting a car from Gunther VW with the help of Eli and Arnaud was an amazing experience and completely different from what I experienced in the past. New Tiguan - love it! We initially stopped by the Mazda store to look at a few vehicles. We received great service there. However, we decided that with a family on the way, the Miada might not be the best pick (although it is a GREAT car with the top down). We had heard of some great deals on the Volkswagen side, so our salesperson (Nick A.) took us next door and got us into an excellent Tiguan at a great monthly payment over there. I've worked with the Gunther group at Coconut Creek, at their repair center, and now at their Mazda and VW stores in Fort Lauderdale. This group is a staple of the community and I can certainly see how they bring back customers time and time again. More
