I’ve bought four cars from Gunther and whether I am working with sales or service, I’m treated as I’ve been a customer with Gunther vw since 2005. I’ve bought four cars from Gunther and whether I am working with sales or service, I’m treated as though I’m there only customer. I recently bought a new Golf R and it has had a few issues due to its high performance nature. We had to call in Vw of America for warranty issues and when the representative arrived it was clear Gunther was behind me and were going to fight for me. In one day they took care of the issue with Vw America and I picked up my car absolutely no charge and yes.... they washed it too. I was also given a Vw loaner during the time my car was in service. No one does that at this price point. I can’t say enough about the service department at Gunther Fort Lauderdale. I was always informed about all issues and they took care of every little thing as I asked them to. They could not have made it easier. Even Joe Gunther himself came out to see the car and to make sure I was well taken care of. This is why I’m a lifetime customer at Gunther ! More
