needed a new key fob for my 2018 volvo I dropped off my car and went for a 3 mile run while they were programming the new phob. I came back exactly 30 minutes later and was told they had f I dropped off my car and went for a 3 mile run while they were programming the new phob. I came back exactly 30 minutes later and was told they had finished programming the key and they were washing the car. When I received the bill I was charged for q hour of labor. Seeing it only took 30 minutes to do the work, I felt that I should have been charged for only 30 minutes. At $177 an hour, the additional 30 minutes I was charged cost me almost an additional $90. I was also charged almost $90 for the software to program the fob. That seems ridiculous, that I should be charged for software that the repair department should have had. The new key fob cost almost $600. That is beyond outrageous. They also didn't have any cold waters in the waiting area. At the price of $600 for the fob, I should have at least been able to get a bottle of cold water. More

I visited for an oil change. It took over 20 minutes for someone to ask if they could help me. Once I engaged with the lady, she disappears and goes to lunch. I also was clear that I needed a tech to tighten 1 screw on the door because it was loose. It is a metric tool and I do not have one to tighten it. Then I get at least 5 calls for the service person asking the same questions the lady asked. My name address and telephone. Number. And they called again to ask the same again. Then I get a call from the tech telling me about some findings like tire, and brakes. I declined, and told them again to tighten the screw. I picked up the car and I went home. Next day I opened the door and the same noise and looseness remained. No one did anything with it. I decided to go to Rick Case and they fixed in 5 minutes. And 4 of those minutes were getting the tool from the box More

I appreciate the customer service and had no issues. Great job. However the emails I receive from Gunter with coupons to use for my scheduled appointments are never honored unlike Rick Case Volkswagen. Great job.
