Beware Very poor service dept, they gave me a quote with a diagnostic charge, then fix my car half way and held me for random and wanted to charge me a secon Very poor service dept, they gave me a quote with a diagnostic charge, then fix my car half way and held me for random and wanted to charge me a second diagnostic , David Buterly and Patti handle my concerns very poorly. Beware and don't fall for the charm followed by the harm. I rate this dept 0 star. More

Customer appreciation at its peak. After trying with 10 different dealerships I finally visited Gunther and Ramsey was able to put me in a new jetta and not only the time of purchase wa After trying with 10 different dealerships I finally visited Gunther and Ramsey was able to put me in a new jetta and not only the time of purchase was a success but even now after 6 months everybody remembers me and they’ve helped me in service with tip top curtesy. I will always recommend Gunther of coconut creek. More

Lack of customer service Buyer be ware!!! Customer service and communication seriously lacking!! My husband was a mechanic for 50 years!! He finally told them to not do anothe Buyer be ware!!! Customer service and communication seriously lacking!! My husband was a mechanic for 50 years!! He finally told them to not do another thing to our van. We picked it up and will not be back there. He is so upset that he vowed we will never buy another Volkeswagon!!!! Makes me sad because I love my Van! But I trust my mechanic husband totally. More

Jared did it again! Once again Jared Williams was there for the rescue!! A part fell off my seat, one call to Jared (not even my salesperson) the part was ordered and he Once again Jared Williams was there for the rescue!! A part fell off my seat, one call to Jared (not even my salesperson) the part was ordered and he installed it himself. He is always available and so eager to help. My salesman is no longer employed by Gunther, but I know Jared is always available to help. I only wish he would be able to profit from my transaction. Anyone reading this.....do yourself a huge favor and only deal with Jared.. you will never regret it and will have the support you need for the life of your purchase or lease. He is so knowledgeable about leases and the cars. More

I brought in my 2016 Passat for an oil change which by the way was cheaper than br Another great service visit to Gunther Volkswagen of Coconut Creek. I brought in my 2016 Passat for an oil change which by the way was cheaper than bringing it to Jiffy Lube! And the service department checked my battery, installed a new battery under warranty, topped off all my fluids and even washed my car, they did it quickly, all for a great price and plus I had a free cappuccino!
