Service with a WOW factor I took in my new XC40 for 3 mos checkup. There were a variety of little items to be fixed or adjusted or just to verify they were operating normally. I took in my new XC40 for 3 mos checkup. There were a variety of little items to be fixed or adjusted or just to verify they were operating normally. My service advisor, Rennie Singh, was excellent. He took the time to go over each item with me and to verify or check out the functionality compared to Volvo expectations and specifications. A loaner was provided. Rennie kept me updated on the progress of service as it occurred; one repair item, a rear bracket on the tailgate, which was ordered 2 weeks earlier was back-ordered. When I went to pick up the vehicle, he went over each item with me in detail that was worked on or adjusted. He then reviewed the process on how both he and I would be notified when the back-order part arrived. The attention to detail and to take the time to explain the work done was exceptional. The repair process was timely and everyone I met was most professional and helpful. BTW there new showroom building and service center was open and it and its Volvo waiting areas are really very nice. More

My only complaint was that the dealership was preparing for a Breast Cancer Run and distributing official t-shirts, which is a very nice gesture, but many of the staff were engaged with that so the overall time for the service took about 30 minutes longer than advised. Attentive Staff! I purchased my 2017 Jetta last year in November, I was told I would recieve a “coupon book” to use towards my service in the mail i never received it I purchased my 2017 Jetta last year in November, I was told I would recieve a “coupon book” to use towards my service in the mail i never received it so i stopped by last Friday because my service was due already the receptionist (Jennifer) whom i was greeted by was very helpful in answering questions I had she also was able to get me the coupon book as well as directed me to the service depot.
