I was offered transportation to and from any place of my choosing and, because I had my sm The staff was very pleasant, professional in customer care. I was offered transportation to and from any place of my choosing and, because I had my small children with me, I was also offered a loaner. I thought that was nice. However, the service appointment couldn’t resolve the issues I am having with the Infotainment System in my 2019 Atlas. They didn’t offer any action, just apologized for the inconvenience. They recommended to escalate my issue to VW North America, when I purchased the vehicle at this dealership. I didn’t like that. Another thing I didn’t like is, I was offered a car wash and my vehicle was delivered with vacuumed mats and the rest of the interior dusty. The outside was not washed. Wheels and body with a film of dirt. I tried to go back, but they were already closed. This is my first VW. I switched from another brand that is well-known for impecable customer service. I was disappointed at this service experience. The service performed on the vehicle was just a tire rotation, so I guess that turned out fine. No way for me to make sure. More

Mis-diagnosed the problem I brought the vehicle in because it was making a loud humming sound when moving. The next day I took it to Tire Kingdom. They found that the left front wheel bearings were rusted. Replaced them and it is now as quiet as when new. More
