Great Wararanty service I just purchased my 4th Volkswagen from Gunther, a new Golf GTI. After the first wash I noticed that two of the window trim moldings were not fitting I just purchased my 4th Volkswagen from Gunther, a new Golf GTI. After the first wash I noticed that two of the window trim moldings were not fitting quite right. My Service Adviser Norman and the crew there was very helpful in fixing my new baby and making it right the first time. Wrong Part Ordered I bought the car and I realized the passenger speaker wasn’t working properly, I called the dealer and scheduled an appointment. When I got there, my I bought the car and I realized the passenger speaker wasn’t working properly, I called the dealer and scheduled an appointment. When I got there, my car was checked and they order a new speaker. I got a call from Gunther saying the part had arrived. I scheduled an appointment, waited for 2 hours and then since I had no news about the car and I saw my car parked outside, I went inside the service department and they asked me to sign the paper to get my car back. When I was reading the paper it was saying that they order the wrong part and that they needed to order another part. So I waited for 2 hours for nothing, they didn’t even tell me about the wrong part. More
