they had me waiting 3 hours and mismanaged my service!!! No they 3x were longer than expected. Car was set for a one year checkup but all I needed was an oil change since everything else was taken care of No they 3x were longer than expected. Car was set for a one year checkup but all I needed was an oil change since everything else was taken care of two months ago.. Also when car was set to be returned to me, they said I had 4 bad tires.. They called me to the back and I was shocked since i had less than 6000 miles on my new R line jetta. I was in disbelief. Turns out after my protest they had the wrong car .... but it was a 15 minute disaster for me then to top this off at checkout they charged me 109 for the oil change. I protested again since my maintenance is free. they made another horrible mistake and then said they would send me a copy that there was no charge and never did More

Did work I didn't want and took to long Had an appointment for just an oil change and it took two hours and forty minutes. I also stated since I wasn't at the mileage for the 50k service I d Had an appointment for just an oil change and it took two hours and forty minutes.
