Outstanding I’ve had my Volvo XC60 for almost 2 years. Prior I drove Mercedes Benz E Series. I have the Inscription and it drives wonderful,. It’s heavy and pow I’ve had my Volvo XC60 for almost 2 years. Prior I drove Mercedes Benz E Series. I have the Inscription and it drives wonderful,. It’s heavy and powerful. I would compare and say “apples to apples”. The negative is the dealership is located west, and it’s far when you live east. I haven’t had any major issues but have needed service a couple of times. If you don’t own a Volvo or have never driven one do yourself a favor and go see John Falciglia, General Manager or call him to schedule a test drive. My recommendation is to start your initial appointment with him and only him for the best customer service. If you already own a Volvo and have not had the best of experiences with the service department ask for Rennie Singh, Service Manager. He is awesome. These two gentlemen absolutely understand how important customer service is. I must say they are outstanding and have excellent people skills. The reasons I left Mercedes Benz Is they became Auto Nation and the great customer service I was use to ended. If you want to drive a luxury vehicle and be treated nicely go see John Falciglia. He can make it happen. I am not that person who reads reviews or writes them. This was well deserved and worth the time to write. Thank you for the great service. More

Bad Service New car, in service 4 times already.They don’t give you loaner unless going to be in 6 hours. After 5 hours , you go back pick it up and bring it back New car, in service 4 times already.They don’t give you loaner unless going to be in 6 hours. Unprofessional but good I've been coming to this Gunther dealership and service center for the past 11 years and I've always been satisfied and they always have done a great I've been coming to this Gunther dealership and service center for the past 11 years and I've always been satisfied and they always have done a great job. It used to take them only 45 minutes to an hour to do a yearly maintenance on my car and I was out. This time it took over two hours. Okay, no problem. I read my book while waiting. When they called to let me know my car was still being worked on they didn't introduce themselves but just proceeded to talk to me like we're best friends. That was strange. When my car was finally done the cashier gave me such dirty looks and acted like she was so annoyed to be there that I waved to say something but decided to just leave it alone. Overall, they always take great care of my car; this time they didn't take good care of their customers. More
