No courtesy vehicule I bought 3 cars from this dealership within 3 yrs. I never had a problem with the service until that day. My navigation system has a bug so i brought I bought 3 cars from this dealership within 3 yrs. I never had a problem with the service until that day. When i asked a courtesy vehicle to go back home, they told me they dont offer this kind of service. After this experience, i m convinced i wont buy from here anymore. More

15000 mile service on leased Jetta Greeter was friendly and efficient. Called when work was complete. Service did not reset oil light and that pings whenever car is started. I asked to reset clock and was told service rep would do it. He was reminded twice while I waited. Finally another service rep did it. Brakes still squeak when first driving. Not as friendly an atmosphere as I’ve experienced before. More
