BAD GREETER I am reluctant to do this survey because my experience started at a 1 and then jumped to a 5 rating. Almost everyone was great. Larry was great, Axel I am reluctant to do this survey because my experience started at a 1 and then jumped to a 5 rating. Almost everyone was great. Larry was great, Axel was great. Ali was great. The cashier was great. The mechanic was great. Everyone I encountered was great, except the young lady that greeted me at my car. She set up a situation where I had to wait almost 1 hour for a ride home. I let her know when I got there that I needed a ride home. She allowed the shuttle to leave without even asking me anything, so when I approached her, she told me it would be a 40 minute wait because the shuttle just left. She seemed to enjoy my frustration so much that after I waited the initial 40 minutes and questioned her again, she told me the shuttle van was still another 10 minutes away, when in fact the van had already returned. When I questioned her about that, she said it is a different diver that I am waiting for. I asked to speak with the manager, who never came. After getting another employee to speak with the shuttle van driver that was there, I was on my way home immediately. Subsequently I found out that the driver that took me home (Ali), was the only driver on duty that entire day. I left very upset, but Larry Eacho-Houser took such good care of me that I decided not to report the greeter and just leave well enough alone. There was another young man, that been there forever, that was his usual kind, helpful, professional self, but I don't remember his name. He was great too! Had it not been for your Greeter, I could have had a wonderful experience. More
