From scheduled oil change to brand new lease. Had scheduled an oil change for my leased 2015 Jetta - which I loved. Turned the car over to Lucas (the best Service Rep) and went inside dealership Had scheduled an oil change for my leased 2015 Jetta - which I loved. Turned the car over to Lucas (the best Service Rep) and went inside dealership to wait. While there, perused the various 2019 models on display in showroom, noticed the silver white Jetta and read the features offered. Totally impressed with the gas mileage and the safety package, When a young salesman by the name of Balvin came over and offered his help, really did not think I needed any. By the time we finished a friendly chat, asked to go for a test drive, What an amazing automobile. The easiest EVER to drive. After having driven a mile, I knew this would be my next lease when the old one was up.. However, Balvin and Nick (the Manager at Gunther), both helped me see the error in my thinking when it came to waiting another 7 months and offered a deal to good to turn down. I drove that white silver Jetta home a short time later and absolutely love getting behind the wheel of that car every single day now. Sometimes Fate just intervenes when you’re not looking.. , More
Rip-off Don’t use. Spend your time finding a reputable mechanic because this place will rip you off. Took my car there and they did absolutely nothing except Don’t use. Took my car there and they did absolutely nothing except hook up to computer, diagnose, and gave an exhorbitant amount to fix. On top of that, charged me $180 for nothing!!!!!! Don’t use!!!! More
Diagnosis fee are double then their coconut creek location, BEWARE ; if you are a returning customer with an existing problem with your car BEWARE they will follow your case and if you return because you have n BEWARE ; if you are a returning customer with an existing problem with your car BEWARE they will follow your case and if you return because you have no choice because volvo are rigged for servicing they will hit you with a double diagnosis fee, when I asked why coconut creek location charges $150 diagnosis fee and the delray charges $350 Christian the service guy said it the location, my response REALLY that is why??? Sounds to me like a tactic to devert customers like me that bought there volvo and had multiple problems and they rather not deal with their LEMON!!!!!! Again very poor rapport with customers, My advice to you NEVER buy a Volvo!!!!!!! More

She NEVER physically inspected the car. She took the word of the mechanic foreman who refused to give me his name when I introduced myself, why wouldn’t someone give his name if he is honest? Dominic has over charged in the past. I’ve had no choice because sales dept lied, surprise! and told me that a CPO warranty can go anywhere. NOT! Only dealership can touch vehicle. Over a year and still my visor that controls garage opener doesn’t work. 2 times car was brought in for anti-skid going off one time had car for 28 days still not working. Dominic told me that they wouldn’t work on it again as far as they’re concerned it’s fixed, which it is not. If up to me I wouldn’t give 1 star. In five years of literally battling for my warranty coverage, never did I have to have a “visual inspection” I felt like I was ganged up on and given the run around. My Experience with VW of Delray Beach, at 2401 Federal Highway On April 13, 2014 I acquired a new VW Jetta along with 8 Accessory/Service O My Experience with VW of Delray Beach, at 2401 Federal Highway On April 13, 2014 I acquired a new VW Jetta along with 8 Accessory/Service Options, one of which was a $799.00 rear-view backup camera, from the VW dealership at 2401 N.Federal Highway, Delray Beach, FL. Early October, 2017 I took my Jetta into my VW Dealership for its annual oil change/tire rotation and to address a number of serious electrical system issues: #1) all 4 windows were inoperable, wouldn’t go up or down; #2) blown lighter fuse, rendering useless my ability to power my navigational Garmin unit or iPhone charger, #3) a light display on my dashboard indicating my airbag status was: OFF. Lastly, #4) the sudden loss of my (purchased-for $799.00) backup camera display on my radio screen. After more than a week’s time (without so much as a loaner vehicle) the only thing they fixed was the windows. It’s necessary to point out here, that they performed, and charged me for a 30,000-mile inspection, which I DID NOT want and was NOT contacted for approval because I only had 7000 miles on it. A few days later I returned to my dealership to talk to Service Manager, Vasil Blagoev, about everything that was NOT serviced: the air bag issue, the blown lighter fuse, and the backup camera. I offered to pay out of pocket for the repairs, explaining that I have severe nerve damage to my spinal column making turning backward dangerous to me and who may be in back of me. He informed me they WON’T be servicing my Jetta since the dealership changed hands since 2014...which begs the question of why they saw fit to fix the window issue! More

However, I am happy to say that I just had my 2009 Jetta in for repairs today at Gunther Delray. Vasil Blagoev and his service team were excellent. It was truly a pleasure dealing with them. You can be sure I will return to GUNTHER VOLKSWAGEN DELRAY……..and I will also share this experience with Family, friends and business associates. More
