Service is fine- sales people are misleading Purchased a low miles, pre-owned car from Gunther and the whole experience was initially great. The disappointment came 3 weeks later when it needed s Purchased a low miles, pre-owned car from Gunther and the whole experience was initially great. The disappointment came 3 weeks later when it needed service (?) and I was then told that I had no warranty. I was told by the salesman that it was still covered. The service department said that it was something I had to take up with the sales people. Of course, salesman was no where to be found. Perhaps they are good for new cars but, I would never recommend Gunther for a pre-owned vehicle. Hard to believe the stereo type salesman still exist at what you would think is a reputable dealer. I’ll find a new place for service. More

Took way too long The people were great but the service dept seems to be overloaded resulting in slow service. Recent very poor reliabity ratings for Volvo may explain this....bizarre my brake rotors had to be replaced in just 5000 miles. Service could not address my issues with rough ride and road noise due to poor tires....many Volvo owners are complaining about this online...these Pirelli Verde tires get lousy ratings which is awful for a premium vehicle. I am concerned I bought the Volvo instead of my Lexus option. More

Great place to take your car. We called for an appointment to have our VW Tiguan serviced. We received a next day appointment with Lucas, our service consultant. He knew the history of our car, gave us the option of an oil change only or a complete 40,000 service quoting the prices for each. An hour and half was the time it would take and we chose to wait. Chairs in the waiting room were comfortable, coffee machine functioned well, TV was muted, and in exactly an hour and half Lucas walked in with the finished report, explained to us the tire condition as good, brakes good, all lights working. Lucas and the cashier went out of their way to accommodate our $35 gift card into the final total bill. We will be back. More
