Purchased part from Gunther parts department, it was the incorrect cooling system part. No harm no foul there. Rather than just credit previous payment to the new correct part, I was required to put forth incorrect cooling system part. No harm no foul there. Rather than just credit previous payment to the new correct part, I was required to put forth an additional payment for the correct part and was advised I would be mailed a check for the wrong part that was ordered. I was refused the new part as I was previously advised that it would be a swap out and did not bring additional payment due to previous advisement. This type of business practice serves the benefit of the dealership as they hold on to the customers money longer and gain additional revenue. Pay attention when dealing with Gunther Volvo and their accounting practices concerning your money. It's not about customer service or customer care at Gunther Volvo in Delray Beach Florida. More
