Long way from home I was traveling from Massachusetts when I had car issues. I stopped at Gunther Volvo despite not having an appointment, and they were able to help me I was traveling from Massachusetts when I had car issues. Yearly check up and recalls. Wasn't very happy this time. This is my 4th lease with Volkswagen. I guess it wasn't stressed on my recent lease of the Tiguan how important it was to Wasn't very happy this time. This is my 4th lease with Volkswagen. I guess it wasn't stressed on my recent lease of the Tiguan how important it was to have my coupon book available. I have never had to show a coupon on any of my checkups for my leases. Just recently my mother became ill and I have a bunch of her belongings in my SUV. Pretty sure the booklet is somewhere among all of her things. Basically told if I couldn't find it day of appointment I would have to pay full price. I paid full price but not happy since this never happened before and my last 2 leases are with Gunther. More

Construction Issues Negate Good Service Up to this point my service experience has been wonderful. For this service I scheduled my appointment and expected a loaner as per my agreement when Up to this point my service experience has been wonderful. For this service I scheduled my appointment and expected a loaner as per my agreement when my vehicle was purchased and as I have had each prior service. I get to the dealership to be told that due to construction, I would have to take a shuttle to Enterprise, pick up the car and then return to the dealership to remove items from my car - all in opposite directions from where I had to go. When I made the appointment, nothing was said that I needed to add approximately an hour to pick up the car and return it to Enterprise when I was picking up the car the next day. I completely understand your need to expand. What I do not understand is your firms lack of compassion when setting the appointment without telling the customer of the change, Unfortunately, my service advisor had to take my disappointment with the process. This process made me late for my meeting that evening. Dominic was great and understood and volunteered to return he car to Enterprise so I was not late to another appointment - he is great but the working conditions provided to him makes it very difficult for him to help his customer.
