Tire tread Advisor informed me I needed 4 new tires. I asked what the tire tread warranty was. He informed me there was no such thing. We debated and finally told me 70,000 miles per tire. This is a new car. He further informed me they didn’t process claims like this. I knew this to be untrue. We debated further and I finally picked up my car and took it to Tire Choice where they informed me Hankook requires the dealer to file the claim since it was a new car. More
