5 Hours for rear Breakes Ridiculously long time for what had to be done. When I asked the service manager why it took so long one of the answers he gave me was “people who pa Ridiculously long time for what had to be done. I had my car in approx. 2 weeks prior for front brakes . I am on my 3rd battery and two major parts of my AC had to be replaced. My car is a 2016 with less than 20k on it. More

Wait was way too long I made and appointment for an oil change for 9 am. Didn't get out till 11 am. In addition service rep didn't tell me that something as important as I made and appointment for an oil change for 9 am. Didn't get out till 11 am. In addition service rep didn't tell me that something as important as brake fluid needed immediate attention. I didn't know this until I was filling away my receipt where they attached a quasi inspection report that noted this. How was this not brought to my attention attention especially while I was already there for 2 hours. More

Techs were friendly enough, but I will not buy another Volvo if this is how they now provide loaners. I will add that the cashier was expedient and provided fast service. More
