Poor customer service I dropped my car off at 9:00 am and was told that they would diagnose the problem and call to let me know what was wrong and how long they would need I dropped my car off at 9:00 am and was told that they would diagnose the problem and call to let me know what was wrong and how long they would need to keep my car. No one called. When I called at 6:00 pm,the service dept. was already closed and the service advisor’s voicemail was full. I only got an update on the status of my car the following afternoon after making three calls to ask for information.. Despite the fact that the car needed to be there from Tuesday until Saturday, for battery malfunction, I was told that I could not get a loaner. After much arguing I was told that I could get a loaner on Friday. The general attitude is that they were doing me a favor offering a loaner while a luxury SUV was under warranty repairs. Additionally, the service representative suggested that I shouldn’t get one because I had returned a loaner on “Empty” which was not true. On a previous occasion, I had received the car with a 1/2 tank of gas and when I returned it, the needle was still on 1/2 and I admitted that I had been in a rush and didn’t stop to top it up as the needle hadn’t fallen below the 1/2 tank level. I used their shuttle service when I dropped my car off and it took 2 hours to get to my destination. The service advisor called the driver and was annoyed that he had agreed to drop me in West Boca even though I had specifically asked the front desk and the driver if this was within their service radius and was told that it was. Overall, the service experience was way below normal standards . Never going back. More

Since I had an emergency situation, I decided to try the Boynton location. What a pleasant surprise! Every issue was addressed to my satisfaction. The service advisor Lucas was very pleasant and I would definitely ask for him again! My only complaint is that their waiting area for service customers is freezing cold. Other than that, it was a perfect experience!! I’ll definitely be returning! More

I dropped my car off and about two hours later got a call that you have to order the part for the recall. Why did I make an appointment if you didn’t have the part? I got a call yesterday that the part was in and I made an appointment for Monday. I asked if the part was guaranteed mine and was told no and to call Monday morning to make sure the part was there. What?!?! That makes no sense to me. Why would you order the part for me and then can’t guarantee it. More

Love my rep Dominic - hate the position he is placed by Volv Service reps are great they are burden by promises made by scheduler as to loans and time frames. Great Experience The water pump went in my certified pre-owned Tiguan. Thank goodness for the warranty. Everything was covered including my loaner car and towing.
